DECISION N\u00b0 002\/2020<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Le Conseil Constitutionnel,<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vu la Constitution du 20 Juillet 1991 r\u00e9vis\u00e9e&nbsp;;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vu l\u2019Ordonnance 92\/04 en date du 18\/02\/1992 portant loi organique relative au Conseil constitutionnel, modifi\u00e9e\u00a0;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vu le projet de loi organique portant modification de certaines dispositions de la loi organique N\u00b0 2017\/016 du 5 Juillet 2017 fixant la composition , l\u2019Organisation et le fonctionnement de la Commission Nationale des droits de l\u2019Homme, adopt\u00e9e par l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e Nationale en date du 28\/7\/2020&nbsp;;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vu la lettre N\u00b0 03 \/2020 du 7\/8\/2020 du Premier Ministre demandant&nbsp; l\u2019examen de la conformit\u00e9 \u00e0 la Constitution de la loi organique portant modification de certaines dispositions de la loi organique N\u00b0 2017\/016 du 5 Juillet 2017 fixant la composition , l\u2019Organisation et le fonctionnement de la Commission Nationale des droits de l\u2019Homme, adopt\u00e9e par l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e Nationale en date du 28\/7\/2020,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Consid\u00e9rant que le projet de loi organique ne contient aucune disposition contraire \u00e0 la constitution&nbsp;;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le rapporteur entendu&nbsp;;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s en avoir d\u00e9lib\u00e9r\u00e9&nbsp;<strong>;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;D\u00e9cide&nbsp;:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Article premier<\/u><\/strong><strong>&nbsp;:<\/strong>&nbsp; La loi organique portant modification de certaines dispositions de la loi organique N\u00b0 2017\/016 du 5 Juillet 2017 fixant la composition, l\u2019Organisation et le fonctionnement de la Commission Nationale des droits de l\u2019Homme est d\u00e9clar\u00e9e conforme \u00e0 la Constitution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&nbsp;<u>Article 2<\/u><\/strong>&nbsp;: Cette d\u00e9cision sera publi\u00e9e au Journal Officiel de la R\u00e9publique Islamique de Mauritanie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e9lib\u00e9r\u00e9e par le Conseil Constitutionnel en sa s\u00e9ance du 12\/8\/2020&nbsp;
